We stand behind our products and want to make sure they meet and even exceed your expectations. If you purchased a pair of waterproof golf shoes from us that are now leaking, and you have not misused or mistreated them, you are eligible for a replacement pair. If the shoes are leaking within 3 months of the purchase date, we will replace your pair. If the problem has occurred after 3 months but before 1 year, then you are eligible for a 50% credit towards a new pair.

Please note that we will test all warranty claims to validate their integrity. If your shoes are visibly misused or mistreated or they are clearly not leaking, the claim will probably be denied. If that turns out to be the case, the shoes will be returned to the user at the user’s expense.

If a warranty claim is upheld and the shoes to be replaced are no longer in stock, we will issue a gift card up to the value of the original purchase.

Before sending, please make sure of the following:
1. Include the original receipt of purchase.
2. You need some sort of insurance on your returned package, because if it is lost by the carrier, you will be out of luck.
3. Please mail the shoes back inside the original shoe box (if you do not have the original box, please use something comparable)
