Where do your products come from?

Everything sold by eMotion Golf comes directly from either the manufacturer or the importer. We work closely with these people to get the latest and greatest products at great prices without adding lots of links to the chain.

 


So you're not just a dropshipper ?

While we have nothing against dropshipping, we have products in our Melbourne warehouses ready to ship as soon as we receive orders. Your products will be coming from us...not some warehouse in China!

 


What's this Reward Points thing all about?

We like our customers, so we thought we'd reward you for liking us too. Once you create an account (which you'll need to do if you purchase any goods) you'll get rewards points for spending money, likeing products on facebook and writing product reviews on our site. If you put in the effort, you get rewards...just like life (sometimes!)

You can then redeem points for anything on the eMotion Golf site. Points are valid for 12 months, so you've got plenty of time to rack them up and then reward yourself with a goody or two.

 


How long does it take to get my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we get it ready and it will usually be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping times will vary as (you may have noticed) Australia is a bloody big country so shipping times will vary between 24 hrs and 5 working days.

 


How much freight do you charge ?

Not a lot! Anything under $200 has a flat $10 shipping fee. Over $200 is free...anywhere in Australia.

Are your online credit-card payments secure?

Absolutely. All card payment are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption and we don't funnel your payments through any third parties either - it's straight into Westpac.

 


Do you charge GST?

All prices displayed are inclusive of 10% GST.



Warranty Policy

All products sold by eMotion Golf come with the statuatory 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated in the specific product page.

 


Return Policy

We understand you sometimes order the wrong things or get something that wasn't what you were expecting, so we're fairly reasonable when it comes to returning goods. So if you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. 


The following unfortunately can not be returned:

  1. Custom golf clubs

  2. Books, subscriptions and software


This guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). 

You must use the RMA section of your account to request a return and await approval before sending the goods.

 


Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


Defective Products
Any defective product may be returned anytime while still under the manufacturer's warranty period.




Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
